Second Opinion provides remote radiographic evaluation reports prepared by board-certified oral and maxillofacial radiologists. The service involves review of dental and jaw imaging submitted by the user and delivery of a written specialist report. The service is entirely remote — no in-person consultation is provided.
Our reports are provided for informational and consultative purposes only. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis, do not establish a doctor-patient relationship, and should not be used as the sole basis for any clinical decision. All treatment decisions must be made by your licensed treating clinician.

Fees are communicated and agreed upon before case assignment. Payment is due before report delivery. If your imaging is of insufficient quality to produce a report, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not provided for completed reports except in cases of demonstrable specialist error, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of your imaging files. We retain ownership of the written report content, methodology, and format. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the report for personal clinical and legal purposes. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute reports without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Second Opinion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of diagnostic accuracy beyond the standard of care of a board-certified oral and maxillofacial radiologist.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which Second Opinion operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable US law.
